Welcome to the Center for Leadership Development Inc., a group of passionate mentors, leaders, motivators and industry experts whose sole focus is supporting individuals and groups who want to serve others by fostering practical and authentic leadership, encouraging personal growth and helping teams make a difference. The center is the proud sponsor of the National Leadership Conference on Student Government. This conference is the nation’s longest-running conference for collegiate students and advisers.

Founded by Dr. Pat Bosco, retired vice president for student life and dean of students at Kansas State University with more than 50 years of experience, the center aims to connect today’s young leaders with the resources that will help them be successful, as well as industry best practices around inclusivity, authenticity and service to others as they represent their colleges and universities in their communities.

The center provides resources and educational opportunities to collegiate-level SGA members and advisors through a variety of ways, including:
•The 46th Annual National Leadership Conference on Student Government, the nation’s longest-running student government conference specifically for student government leaders and advisors.
• “Boscology 101,” a podcast on authentic leadership based on Dr. Bosco’s personal experience, available on Apple Podcasts, Audible, YouTube and more.
